SayLive vs Squarespace
Pay once for the site your agent built, or rent a builder by the month.
TL;DR
Squarespace is a full drag-and-drop builder you pay for every month, for as long as the site is up. SayLive does not build the site: your own AI does. SayLive puts that site online for a single payment of €99, with no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Squarespace is a mature website builder. You design inside its editor, on its templates, and you keep paying every month for as long as the site is up. Stop paying and the site goes down.
SayLive starts from a different place. You already generate your site in a conversation with Claude, ChatGPT or another agent you pay for. SayLive is the part that puts those files online, once, and hands you a real address. There is no editor to learn and no monthly bill: the full pricing is one line.
The trade is a real one, and it cuts both ways. What you give up is a visual editor; what you gain is that the site comes out of a conversation. If you have never briefed an assistant for a website, our guide on framing the brief is where that starts.

Questions
Is SayLive cheaper than Squarespace?
Over any real timeframe, yes, because the shapes differ: Squarespace is a monthly subscription that keeps running for as long as the site is up, and SayLive is a single payment of €99 with nothing recurring. Whatever the monthly figure is on the day you read this, it is multiplied by every month you keep the site, and ours is not.
Can I move my site if I stop using SayLive?
Yes. Your site is static files that belong to you. You can download them and host them anywhere. There is no lock-in, and stopping simply means you do not pay again.
Do I need to know how to design or code?
No. Your AI agent produces the site from your instructions. SayLive takes those files and puts them online, and you never open a design editor. What you do need is a decent brief, which is a skill rather than a technical one: the six guides walk through it.
