The Studio plan starts from a SayLive account that already publishes: partner is a status on your account, not a separate product.
Applying takes one sentence today: ask your assistant to open a support ticket that says Studio, or send it from the support inbox in your space. A person reads and answers every application.

No. Nothing at SayLive is: sites, personas, Blueprints and top-ups are one-shot, and the Studio plan will follow the same cardinal rule.
Yes. You build with your assistant, publish for €99 once, invoice your client at your price, and hand the site over to their account when the work is done. The transfer is included.
