Other people publishing with their assistant, what they built, and us when we are around. Come and say hello.

Before you write, two things answer themselves

A good part of what reaches us is something your assistant can do without leaving the conversation, and faster than we can reply. It is worth thirty seconds of checking.

  • Changing anything on the site, undoing a bad version, putting an earlier one back: ask your assistant and republish. The docs cover updates and rollback
  • Connecting a domain you own: your assistant hands you the exact DNS record and tells you where the connection stands. Here is the whole procedure
  • Adding photographs: they go in your media library and your assistant places them from there. How media works
  • Wondering whether the result is good enough to publish: that is a review, not a support question, and the grid to run is written out

What is worth writing about

Anything where something is wrong on our side rather than yours: a publish that failed, a domain that stays amber after a day, a payment or a refund, a form whose messages are not arriving, a site you believe should not be online.

A person reads it, and we usually reply within one business day. If you already have an account, the support inbox in your space is the better door: the thread stays attached to your sites and their history, so nobody asks you which site you mean.

Reporting abuse is the one case where you should not hesitate or wait for a reply first. Write to the same address with the site address, and it gets looked at ahead of everything else.

Questions

How do I contact SayLive support?

Write to [email protected] and a person answers, usually within one business day. If you already have an account, opening the request from the support inbox in your SayLive space is better, because the thread stays attached to your sites and their history.

Can I get help from inside my AI conversation?

Yes. Your assistant can open a support ticket, follow it and reply to it for you, without you leaving the conversation. That is often the fastest route, because it carries the context of what you were doing when it went wrong.

Is support included, or does it cost extra?

Access to support is free for everyone and always has been. There is an optional one-time priority option that puts your requests at the front of the queue for 90 days, but it buys speed, not the right to be answered.

Who is behind SayLive?

A small team in Brussels, Belgium. Publishing, hosting and support are all ours: there is no reseller between you and us. The company is named in full in the terms.

Say it. It's live.
