Legal

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SayLive. By creating an account or publishing a site, you agree to them.

Draft, pending legal review · updated July 26, 2026

Who we are

SayLive is a product of KERN-IT SRL, Rue Belliard 2A, 1040 Brussels, Belgium (VAT BE0845906217). In these terms, "we", "us" and "SayLive" mean KERN-IT acting as the provider of the service.

The service

SayLive publishes static websites. Your own AI assistant builds the site, and SayLive puts the resulting files online on a real address, over a connector. SayLive does not generate the site and does not sell you AI.

Your account

  • You provide accurate account information and keep your access secure
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account
  • You must be legally able to enter into these terms

Free trial and payment

A site can be live during a 30-day free trial with a small banner. To keep it published cleanly, you pay a one-time fee of €99 per site. Prices are shown including applicable VAT for consumers in the EU. There is no subscription.

Publishing a paid site performs the service immediately, and it happens at your request. If you are a consumer in the EU, that bears on your 14-day right of withdrawal, and the free trial is what lets you decide before any payment. If you buy as a business, the right of withdrawal does not apply. What we commit to either way, and how we handle a payment that went wrong, is set out in the Refund Policy.

Who publishes what

You are the publisher of your site. You decide what goes on it, you are responsible for it, and you confirm you hold the rights to what you put there. SayLive stores those files and serves them at an address: we are a hosting service, we are not the author of your site and we do not review it before it goes online.

That distinction is what makes the rest of this section work. We do not monitor what our customers publish, we are not required to, and nothing here creates such an obligation. What we do is act when we are told, or when we notice.

Your assistant is yours, the publishing is ours

SayLive is built on one line: bring your own agent. The AI assistant that writes your site is the one you already pay for, you choose it, you instruct it, and its output is yours. We do not supply it, we do not control it and we do not warrant what it produces: the wording, the design, the structure and the code of your site are the result of your own instructions to your own assistant.

What we are responsible for is everything that happens after you say publish, and we take it seriously: the version is stored whole, it goes online at the address announced, it stays served, a previous version can be put back in seconds, and your media, forms and redirects work as documented. That is the service you pay for, and that is what our commitment covers.

One exception, and it is a purchase: when you buy human time from us, a Quick audit, an Expert review or a Design sprint, the deliverable of that engagement is ours. We owe you the critique, the prioritized fixes and the tuning it promises. Priority support is different: it buys speed and hands-on help in the queue, not authorship of your site.

Acceptable use

You may not use SayLive to publish content that is unlawful, nor content that breaks the rules we set out in full in our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy is part of these terms.

In short: nothing illegal, nothing that impersonates someone to defraud, no malware, no content that exploits children, nothing that infringes someone else's rights, and no use of a free trial to obtain a credible address for a scam.

How we moderate, and what you can expect

Anyone can report a site we host, at saylive.ai/report, with or without an account. We also act on what we notice ourselves, and on orders from competent authorities.

The measures we can take are limited to what a host can do: block a specific published version, roll your site back to an earlier version, or take the site offline. We never edit your content, and nothing is deleted when we act. Your versions, files and draft are kept.

  • Decisions are taken by a person. We use no automated system to detect or decide on content.
  • When we restrict anything, we email you a statement of reasons: what we did, when, on what ground, whether a report triggered it, and how to contest it.
  • You can contest any decision by replying to that email or opening a ticket. Someone re-examines it, and a decision we got wrong we reverse ourselves.
  • Nothing in this process affects your right to go to court.

Repeated or deliberate breaches can end in the account being closed. We say so before we do it, except where the law or an ongoing harm requires acting first.

Data on your site

Your site can collect personal data from its visitors: a contact form, review tickets, visit counts. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor. The terms of that processing are set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms and needs no separate signature.

Availability

We work to keep the service and published sites available, but we provide them on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Termination

You can stop using SayLive at any time. Because there is no subscription, stopping simply means you do not pay again. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the site concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
