If you are a user of the service

Write to [email protected]. A person answers, usually within one business day. If you have an account, the support inbox in your SayLive space is the better door: the thread stays attached to your sites and their history, so nobody has to ask which site you mean.

Neither route is automated. You can always reach a human, and nothing obliges you to go through a bot or a form first.

If you want to report a site

Use saylive.ai/report. It is open to anyone, needs no account, and never requires you to identify yourself. You can also write to [email protected] if you would rather use email.

We aim to look at a report within 24 hours, and sooner for content that keeps causing harm while it is online.

If you are an authority

Single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services: [email protected]. Orders to act against illegal content and orders to provide information should be sent there.

We accept and answer communications in English, French and Dutch.

If your question is about personal data

Write to [email protected]. If your request concerns data collected by a site we host rather than your own SayLive account, we pass it to that site's owner: they are the controller for it, we are only their processor.

Supervision

SayLive is a hosting service established in Belgium. The Digital Services Coordinator for Belgium is the BIPT/IBPT (Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications). For personal data, the supervisory authority is the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
