Is €99 really one-time?
Yes. €99 is a single payment per site. There is no subscription, no renewal on the publish, and nothing to cancel.
What does the price include?
Publishing, hosting on a fast edge network, HTTPS, and updates through your agent. You can use a SayLive subdomain or your own domain.
Do I pay for the AI too?
No. You build the site with the assistant you already pay for. SayLive only charges to publish, so you never pay for AI twice. That also draws the line: your assistant is yours and what it writes is yours, while the publishing, the address and keeping the site served are ours. If you want a human on your site, the audit and the Human Boost exist for that.
What if I want more than one site?
Each site is €99 once. There is no bundle to subscribe to and no monthly total that grows over time.
Can I put my site on hold?
Yes, whenever you want. Taking a site down stops the address from answering and keeps everything else: versions, draft, media and brand memory, with no time limit and at no cost. Putting it back online is one click. A site is something you own, not a subscription that lapses; erasing it for good also exists, and only you can ask for it.
Is there anything else to buy?
Only if you want it, and always one-shot. Recruiting another AI teammate, a Business Blueprint for your trade, a staging address, or a top-up if a capital ever runs out: each is a single payment for something you keep, and nothing renews. You discover them from your space and from the conversation, at the moment they mean something for your site.
Can I get a refund?
The 30-day trial is there so you decide before paying anything, with the site live. If something goes wrong after you paid, write to us within 14 days: we fix it, roll the site back or credit your account, and we refund the payment where none of that puts it right.
