How it goes.

Your mission thread opens right away in your space, with three questions: what is wrong, what do you expect, which sites do you love.
An expert takes your mission.
Within a few working days. They read your brief, look at your site, ask their questions. If your request needs more than a day, they say it now, not after.
They propose a version.
On a separate address, never on your live site. You get the review link: open it and annotate directly on the pages, screenshot included.
You react, they adjust.
Your remarks come back in the thread and the expert picks the work back up. As many rounds as the day allows, with no counter: you set the pace.

The mission includes the time to adjust the proposal to your remarks: that is the normal course, not an exception. If your request needs more than a day, the expert says it before starting and you are refunded. And if you never say yes, nothing goes online: your site stays as it was.
How long does it take?
